Polenta originated in northeast Italy and is traditionally coarse stone-ground cornmeal. We like to call it ‘Italian grits’. Chef Fabio makes his creamy Polenta with an aromatic herb blend and Parmigiano cheese blended for a rich, smooth texture. Vegetarians, you ain’t had grits like this before! Lovely as a side with sauces, soups and sides.
Ingredients: Polenta flour, water, olive oil, salt, Parmigiano cheese, rosemary, sage, thyme, salt.
